When is the security deposit charged?

A refundable security deposit hold is placed on your card 24 hours before pick-up. It's released 72 hours after you return the equipment in good condition.

What happens during pick-up and return?

You'll take photos of the equipment at both pick-up and return to document its condition. This protects both you and the owner.
